Introducing Laurie Pearce, Sales Engineer

With Health & Safety top of mind for most organisations and the unnecessary deaths of too many people in shaft collapses over the years, Trench Shoring New Zealand is growing its range, its customer base and its team.

“With continued growth of the company over the last four years it was necessary to increase our staff numbers so that we can continue to offer our customers the best level of customer service,” says Frank Swanberg, General Manager for Trench Shoring New Zealand Ltd. “We welcome Laurie to our team.”

Laurie and his partner Samantha recently immigrated to New Zealand for better work opportunities and the chance to live in New Zealand. “We love the outdoor life in New Zealand with the beaches, the barbeques. I have even tried surfing – not very successfully I might add!” says Laurie.

Laurie comes from a sales and technical background in the construction industry in the UK. “Laurie is experienced in dealing with a wide range of tasks including; estimating, site visits, liaison with engineers and architects and providing solutions to problems,” adds Frank.

“I look forward to speaking to and eventually meeting all of our customers and I welcome any enquiries regarding our products and services,” says Laurie.
